This school year, University School shifted all student medical information to an online database, Magnus.  This is a friendly reminder, with winter sports just around the corner, timely submission of the OHSAA physical forms is vital so that preparations can be made prior to the first day of your sons interscholastic athletic participation!  All students-athletes grades 9-12 who already haven't done so and plan to participate in an interscholastic sport will need to complete the OHSAA electronic pre-participation evaluation form (ePPE), and take the hard copy with them to the physician’s office for physical and signature for clearance to participate.  Please keep a copy of the signed form for your own record.
