University School is the best that it can be thanks to its dedicated faculty and a committed staff who ensure that the administrative structure of the school runs smoothly and efficiently.

Our teachers are talented men and women who care about the whole boy, his interests as well as his abilities, his personal concerns as well as his school performance. The relationships between faculty members and students are exceptionally rich. Their interactions are frequent and friendly, whether in the classroom, on the playing field, at morning assemblies, or in the dining hall. Many teachers coach sports teams and oversee activities; others fill the bleachers and auditoriums to cheer on the boys as they play and perform. Their powerful influence as friends, role models and tireless supporters is impossible to measure.
