Middle School Speech & Debate
The Middle School Speech & Debate team concluded its season after competing in six tournaments, finishing with the state tournament at Wooster High School. The Head Coach of the team is Mr. Jeff Pierce, Enrichment Specialist at the Shaker Campus.
• Charlie Halapy ‘31 – 2nd place, Extemp Speech
• Isaiah Gatson ‘29 – 7th place, Extemp Debate (Quarterfinalist)
• Manning Howard ‘29 & Ruhan Chhabra ‘29 – Quarterfinalists, Public Forum
• Simon Bahl Prosak ‘30 – 10th place, Congressional Debate
• David Baron ‘31 – 12th place, Extemp Debate (3-1 in prelims)
