Cross Country Reaches Regional Championship

The Varsity Cross Country team finished fifth at the District Meet and advanced to the Division 1 Regional Championship.

US was led by senior captains Alec Congdon, Gabe Ewen, Quinn MacPhail, and Jack O'Neil. Head Coach Maazin Ahmed was assisted by Adam Love, Upper School Physics Teacher.

Senior Captain Jack O'Neil shared this about the season, “I really enjoyed seeing the improvements our entire team made. Our varsity squad earned high placements, and big personal-bests throughout the entire season. The growth everyone made is a testament of how hard the team worked, and I’ll forever be grateful to have been apart of a community of such dedicated kids. I’ll always appreciate my time on the US Cross Country Team, and I’m certain the team will be in good hands next year.”
