Scholastic Art & Writing Awards

The Scholastic Art & Writing Competition has honored 49 US students with an amazing 86 awards this year! Congratulations to all our writers and artists on their achievements, and thanks to their faculty advisors for their guidance and support.

US Scholastic Writing Awards

In the Writing category, 34 US students received a total of 56 awards: 13 Gold Keys, 18 Silver Keys, 25 Honorable Mentions. For the full list of students, the titles of their written pieces, and their awards, click: US Scholastic Writing Awards.

US Scholastic Art Awards

About the Scholastic Art & Writing Competition

Since 1923, the Awards have recognized some of the nation’s most celebrated artists and writers while they were teenagers, including Tschabalala Self, Stephen King, Kay WalkingStick, José Parlá, Amanda Gorman, Charles White, Joyce Carol Oates, and Andy Warhol.
