Swimmer of the Year
Long-distance freestyle is a specialty of Quinn MacPhail '25. This season, he won the Division II State Championship title in the 500-yard freestyle with a time of 4 minutes, 30.85 seconds.
Because of this accomplishment, as well as his fourth-place finish in the 200 individual medley and contributions to the third-place 400 free and sixth-place 200 free US relays, The News-Herald named him their Swimmer of the Year.
